We are a family business with a long history of renting to Corvallis residents, with an emphaisis on and specializing in close-in, comfortable & convenient student living.
Outside, you will find patios that are comfortable outdoor spaces for relaxing and entertaining, and mature landscaping provides privacy. The Oregon State University campus is just a convenient two to eight block walk or bike ride away, but each of our homes also comes with two to three parking spaces as well.
Every aspect of our homes has been thoughtfully considered to make student living as comfortable, convenient, and stress-free as possible. This is not just another apartment, this is a student-focused home away from home. |
